Ghana Air Force crew members Squadron Leader Peter Bafemi Anala, Flying Officer Mane-Twum Ampadu, and Sergeant Ernest Addo Mensah .
The ill-fated Ghana Armed Forces Z-9 helicopter was en route to Obuasi when it crashed in the Adansi-Akrofuom District. Due to the severe nature of the incident, the victims' remains were flown to South Africa for DNA-based identification .
